A wolf? More like a pooch!
You can’t blame the people who spotted the dog and assumed that it was a wolf. The pooch was actually huge, and its long snout and thick coat made it look like a wild animal. According to the police department, the big dog was 85% wolf and 15% Alaskan Malamute.
After the officers found the dog, they contacted another police department that reported a missing pet whose description matched the one spotted near the daycare. Eventually, the police discovered that the wolf-like dog actually had a home.
The Oklahoma Police Department confirmed that the big dog was safely reunited with its family.
