Christmas has long since passed, but everyone lights up whenever it is mentioned. In addition to fun family reunions, everyone remembers the lovely gifts they got during the season.
However, it appears that humans are not the only ones eager about Christmas, as one poodle opened its gift with glee. Even though the dog is already a senior citizen, nothing appeared to prevent it from acting like a puppy when it saw its Christmas present.
In this endearing video clip, a hand held a nicely wrapped present. This video clearly showed the joy and festive vibe of the Yuletide season based on how things were looking.
Immediately thereafter, the camera adjusted its focus to reveal the gift’s receiver. Without even waiting for the person to lower the present, a lovable white-furred dog appeared.
Chico, a poodle with white fur, adored all things that were related to Christmas – most especially gifts. The dog could not even remain still as he ecstatically leaped upon receiving the present.
At first glance, Chico appeared to be a puppy eagerly awaiting the moment that it would receive its present. However, this dog is already 17 years old, making him a senior in the world of dogs.
Despite his elderly age, Chico’s face showed no sign of fatigue. He was as excited as a young pup when given a gift. Chico sniffed his gift enthusiastically before deftly opening it with his lips and paws. He surely is an expert at this!
A few seconds later, Chico unwrapped the gift to show an adorable squeaky toy. The dog then swiftly pulled the item from its packaging and handed it to the mother for her to release it from its store packaging.
