It’s so wonderful to see two animals of different species become the best of friends. I’m sure you have seen dogs and cats form a beautiful friendship. Some dogs have also been friends with a marine animal such as a dolphin.
But have you seen a dog and a cute pig become best buddies? That’s something you don’t normally hear or read about.
Take George, an adorable mastiff, for example. Being 135 pounds heavy, he has been the biggest fur pooch in their family. George is used to playing with other big dogs like him. But despite looking like a big tough dog, he is actually a softie inside.
This was proven one day when a tiny little piglet came along.
The little piglet’s name is Debbie, and when they first introduced George to Debbie, all of them knew that the furry mastiff fell in love with the piglet’s charm! According to the owners, the odd pair are now inseparable. These two would always play together.
George never thought of Debbie as a different animal. Instead, he just treated her like a new baby and loved every minute of playing with her. Debbie, on the other hand, learned George’s habits and sometimes acted like a dog instead of a piglet.
The owners share that the two best friends would run around the house and across the lawn, with George barking playfully and Debbie trying her best to be chased. Their fun adventures and precious moments were absolutely adorable.
As the weeks passed by, Debbie grew up to be a really sweet pig, always knowing that George will be by her side. She was always demanding attention by climbing onto George’s back. No matter how different these two are, their unique friendship is something that truly amazes everyone.
