Aeida, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, was not fond of baths. So how did she end up in the bath with the kids next door?
A woman named Nicole Ackehurst and her family had recently moved to their new home in Melbourne, Australia. Aeida, their family dog, was immediately attracted to Cashew, a neighbor’s dog.
Because their dogs were spending so much time playing together, the two neighbors decided to build a doggy door so that the animals could meet and play whenever they wanted.
Aeida was a sweetheart with a lot of love to give. She enjoyed playing with the neighbor’s children as well as with Cashew. She was seen to be always with them, playing and rolling about on the ground. She was so taken with the children’s company that she even joined them in their bath.
Nicole’s neighbor gave her a snapshot of Aeida in the tub via Facebook Messenger, and the two of them had a good chuckle about the dog’s antics. It was the first time that Aeida hadn’t been compelled to take a bath. She apparently cared so much about the kids that she was willing to take a bath in order to spend a lot more time with them.
Since then, Aeida has sneaked into the neighbor’s house practically every night, just in time for the kids’ bath. It seemed as though she had decided to assist the kids in getting ready for bed. Having a bath friend like Aeida encouraged the kids to complete their nighttime routine while having fun.
The two families came up with the ideal arrangement. When Cashew visited Nicole’s family, they were really happy to have her over. Aeida was likewise well-liked by her neighbors. Both families received a double dose of canine friendship and love.
Nicole also didn’t have to fight with Aeida to take a bath. The dog already had a good time bathing with the neighbor’s kids.
